Qld: Electrician begin 10 day strike today
Queensland electricians begin a 10-day strike today after a hearing in the AustralianIndustrial Relations Commission last night failed to head off the action.
The Electrical Trades Union says up to 1500 electricians across the state, workingfor more than 100 contractors, will go ahead with their planned strike after the hearingwas adjourned until 4pm (AEST) today.
